Goddamn I need to get into a doctor or getting help again. Existing has been so painful that it's ruining my life. Pretty sure I have developed some kind of OCD now too. I cannot help but feel the need to control every little aspect that I do now. Pretty sure I have had it for a while now, but It's ramped up to something where I haven't left my house that much due to all the fear. I just dealt with it for so long it has been uncontrollable. I shouldn't have this much anxiety over plain existing. The human mind never fails to amaze me how fucking stupid it all is at handling stress and ptsd. I think I broke several teeth just from grinding down my jaw my sleep. I think that is where I am finally seeing how bad I am. It isn't like I have not been trying. I just do not understand what the fuck my insurance has been doing that has thrown me into loops for a few years now. Screaming into the void here.
