A Big Art Dump because why the hell not (also chibi dump 16/realistic attempt 5 for whoever's counting)

So it turns out I wasn't creatively dead, just deeply hibernating. These days I'm really trying to get the juices flowing again (mostly by doing my "goodest enough" to counter my debilitating perfectionism), and here are a few things that came out of it. We have:

A standard issue GE!Bond

A Janus and Silver (my GE/GE Rogue Agent OC)

An Emmerich Voss who decidedly knows kara-TE (srsly I rarely talk about non-Bond stuff on main, but I fucking love Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Easily GOTY 2024/2025 for me, I'm in the middle of my second playthrough already)

A Goldo (the main character from GE Rogue Agent) I tried to paint with very relative success (but hey, I'd never painted before)

A more experimental air warrior type character adapted from an ancient 2007 drawing by yours truly i was starting middle school back then holy shit i'm old

Man, 2007… is it obvious enough how deep I was into Naruto/DBZ? (no pun intended thank you)

And another Goldo whose proportions have been unfucked by @3nigm4art sensei, who is the best sensei and I love them for inputting some actual anatomy knowledge in my vibes driven process--AND GUESS WHAT doing that one piece paved the way for my first major art since maybe 2023 which I can't wait to post. Thank you sensei!!! also the calligraphy was kind of an accident, but it worked so well i kept it

I was thinking to myself "hmmm I don't remember how the book ends" and lo and behold, I found a bookmark right in the middle of it. So start over it is (it's short and good, you should read it)

Inspiration still dry in the meantime, though yesterday I scribbled a whole page of fanfic draft. Yay to that I guess.

One of the coolest parts about being a fan of fanfic is you can actually contact the author. And they will respond. And then you can message them nonstop until they allow you into their lives and then you’re becoming their beta reader and suddenly you know multiple authors of all types of fiction books and fanfic authors who will drag out their deleted fics for you to read at a moments notice.

Anyway. Comment on fics and message authors. It’s absolutely worth it.
