I’m stressing about college stuff and it’s making me lose weight slowerrrrr asdhajshwvwishs 🥊🤬
Okay so I started the egg diet again at like midday yesterday
Lemme know if you want the particulars of what I ate...
I didn’t want to post the weight that I’m starting at again because I’m EMBARRASSED... but it’s okay 😖 I’m holding myself accountable
Weight yesterday morning: 67 kg/147,71 lb
Weight this morning: 66,3 kg/146,166 lb

Stepped on the scale this morning: 65,8kg/145lbs
Had a mental breakdown...
Decided to start the Versatile Vicki egg diet but like with way less eggs cause aaaahhsdndkdhdbdhdk too many calories (it gets to like 700kcal I think...)
What I ate today:
Breakfast- 2 eggs and a cup of green tea
155 cal
Lunch- 1 Granny Smith Apple and a cup of green tea
73 cal
Dinner- cinnamon oats and hhahahahaha a cup of green tea
366 cal
Grande Totale:
595 cal
(I might adjust the oats to land under 500 for the day, plus it was kinda really filling as is sooo)
Water drank: 2,2 l / 73 oz
Thinking of starting this again.... I have gained so much weight over quarantine that I want to OFF MYSELF 💖✨🦋⚡️🧚🏼♀️

One + Medium size:
Apple = 80 calories
Pear = 96 calories
Orange = 45 -50 calories
Strawberry = 5 calories
Banana = 90 - 100 calories ( well fuck that one )
100 g Water Melon = 35 calories
100 g Grapes = 75 - 80 calories
¼ cup Pineapple = 35 calories..
