so when a health/fitness influencer only eats one meal a day it’s a ”great diet” and “healthy lifestyle choice” but when i do it it’s an “eating disorder” 😐

literally my first time eating properly in days so i almost shit myself on my date 🤡

Not so friendly reminder that fucking anyone can have an eating disorder. It’s not some special club that only the cool kids are allowed in. EDs literally don’t give a shit if you’re overweight or super slim, they ruin the lives of all kinds of people. Stop saying that you have to be at a normal BMI to have an ED. Thin people can have disorders even though they’re already thin. Fat people can have eating disorders. Boys can have eating disorders. Adults can have eating disorders. People of color can have eating disorders. Banish the stereotype that eating disorders only happen to already thin, teenage, white girls.

today was good! i had a lot of self control which i'm surprised about. i ended up doing some cardio only today and burned 330 cals, which is better than nothing. tomorrow i have my date and we're getting brunch, but that's gonna be the only thing i'm eating. hopefully i'm a little less tomorrow

contemplating whether or not i should break my fast now (40 hours) or tomorrow when i go on my date bc we're going out for brunch (which would be around 50 hours) ... i wanted to workout today too but it's like i have no energy so maybe i should eat something small but i have nothing lowcal in the house since i haven't gone grocery shopping yet
