What you need:

⭐️ Any crystal that you see fit that will help banish emotional hurt and worries

⭐️ Yourself and your voice

🌕 full moon

Steps!

🕯 Put your crystal to your forehead and say “Take these thoughts that race so fast so that I may rest” then meditate for a minute while holding the crystal there and envisioning your worries like a black smoke wisping out of your mind into the crystal

🕯 Put the crystal to your heart and say “ Take this hurt that my heart cannot hold so that I may feel at peace” meditate and envision the same black smoke as your hurt wisping away into your crystal

🌕 Put the crystal under the moonlight (windowsill or outside)

Full moon: healing, banishing, cleansing and clarity

It is put under the moon so that the moonlight will take those worries and hurts and then heal the anxiety they have caused you. Banish them completely, cleanse your crystal from them and bring you clarity.
