This ^^ is Hurricane Maria as presented in the latest news update here in Puerto Rico.

And this ^^ is it’s marked trajectory in Puerto Rico. It was originally expected to be a category 1 hurricane by the time it came into contact with the island but as of 7:50 p.m. it’s officially a category 5 hurricane with winds of 160 mph.

Our island, and the others around it, have yet to recover from the effects of Hurricane Irma. There are people who still don’t have power or access to clean water in their houses. This is a major crisis. We haven’t faced two hurricanes in this little time in a long, long time. So, please, keep us in your thoughts and prayers. We need them.
