we get an idea of what ginny’s relationship with luna was like. but i really want to explore more of ginny and hermione, ginny and tonks. ginny and the other gryffindor girls. more than just ginny and harry or ginny and her brothers. some give me this. give me ginny and girl friends.

✧°˖ LUNA LOVEGOOD / wrackspxrts.

                  she’s almost frozen. the sun light hasn’t hit her body in so long        she’s worried she has forgotten what it’s felt like to feel the warmth against her pallid skin.  frail skin that stretched over tired bones covered by big sweaters as if she could mimic the sense of security she once had.      the second wizarding war hit her like a thousand bricks on full force.  it would take a while to thaw.     luna enjoyed the little moments she could spend with ginny where they could get away from all the attention. reminders of what they lost were hard, but she remembered how her father urged her to remember all the good things about what was left. we’re alive, she reminded herself. we’re still here.    “ do you ever wonder if the stars wonder about us? and the sun and the moon, too? ” 

       SHE’D LIKE TO LOOK AT LUNA AND REMEMBER A BRIGHT CHILDHOOD, but that seems hardly possible.  happy moments tend to slip through her fingers like smoke, intangible. impossible to hold close. there’s a weariness that she feels mirrored in her friend, weight of so much clinging to her bones.  ––– there are times she tells herself it isn’t her weight to bear, but how could it not be?  the weight of loss and pain belongs to all of them.  time away from everything, though, time with luna, eases it all.  makes her leave some of it behind. it’s a chance for them to be TWO GIRLS once more.  even if they’ll never feel like children again.  a curve of her lips, chocolate eyes appear warm once more, captivated by her oldest friend.  “ the stars? maybe. but stories about the sun and the moon being lovers? i think they do. but i don’t think they envy us. even if they’re separated. “

         MY FAVORITE MOVIE. this is a tough one. it’s like changing your underwear? admittedly i never get tired of steel magnolias, the expendables, lost boys, the covenant, pitch perfect. these are the biggies. you could probably add the birdcage, the proposal, most disney movies, iron man 2 to this list as well.

ANOTHER FACTOID: i always have the hiccups. it started in tenth grade and it’s a bit startling if you’re not used to it. i’ll hiccup once or twice and then an hour or so later, again. my aunt says it sounds like a chihuahua. most of my friends don’t even notice anymore and i’m relatively not embarrassed by it anymore. they don’t hurt, i don’t experience a shortness of breath, i’m not lightheaded like they don’t affect my day to day life. i just hiccup. loudly.

17. a fact about my life

         ROLE PLAYING HAS LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFE. i am an only child and was a pretty lonely kid, so i got into role play way back in the day when the hp movies were first coming out and the wb had that harry potter website with forums? yeah, that’s how it all started. from there i got into different sites and then a friend introduced me to a friend who got me onto gaia online. my freshman year of high school, i joined an x-men evo guild & met my now best friend. when applying for colleges, she convinced me to come up to pittsburgh. i have watched her children grow up. 3 years ago, i was in her wedding. i currently live with her cousin. like –– if i hadn’t joined that guild that night at a friend’s house watching anime, my whole life wouldn’t be what it is today, fourteen years later.
