Let’s glorify healthy eating

I have seen so many thinspos around here on tumblr and in all honesty I always get sort of caught up in them. Even tho I am consciously very aware how wrong it is, I keep reading and then I feel bad. So I decided to make my own ‘inspo’ but this one is a good one

You wake up looking forward to your breakfast

You eat as much as you want because breakfast is super important

You will drink something warm like tea or coffee

Or you can drink some water with lemon to start up your metablism

You feel energised and ready to have a great day

You pack some snacks like nuts or fruit cause heck ye!

You also take your water cause we like to hydrate here

You eat just enough for lunch to feel full

If you feel like it you can have that dessert

That dessert felt nice and even made you a bit happier

You get some afternoon snacks so you don’t feel hungry

You don’t feel heavy and you don’t feel hungry. You just have the fuel to conquer the day

You look and feel great because you’re doing things for yourself

You eat dinner long before you go to bed so you can sleep well

If you slip and eat something unhealthy you enjoy it and move on because sometimes it happens and there’s no need to beat yourself up about it
