Live Review: Tame Impala at Music Hall of Williamsburg

Tame Impala drew a wild audience to their sold out New York show at Music Hall of Williamsburg.

Music Hall of Williamsburg was a full house Tuesday night as Australian psych-rock band Tame Impala took the stage, mesmerizing everyone with dramatic dreamlike tracks back-dropped by flashing, pulsing and swirling neon green orbs.

I know this has been floating around for a few weeks but I would feel guilty not putting it on blast for everyone. The XX released their newest single entitled "Angels" on July 16th, which provides a solid backdrop for what to expect from Coexist in September. 

It's nice to hear their progressive, yet consistent style of music doesn't stray too far from the lucid theme of their self-titled LP from 2009.
