[Time travel AU] I’m very slow at writing and sometimes it’s easier to just… draw an idea. xD I was thinking about how Madara would react to seeing Hashirama again in one of the stories I’m working on and decided it would be hilarious if he (with his cute lil baby face) acted just like in canon. (Poor Obito is trying and failing to erase that moment from his memory…)

Just some boring artist rambles:

I’m not overly happy with the result but at some point you got to call it a day, especially when it comes to these monday prompts xD (The perfectionist in me wants it to look good…..makes me forget the rule I implemented myself that it doesn’t have to be perfect or polished…..hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn……..) I went from just wanting to draw simple silhouettes to drawing Obito’s face overly detailed, and from wanting to draw full bodies to cropping it to only their faces…. This sure was a journey.

I am amused that the background looks like I dropped a bad png in there, but I actually drew those fireworks stroke by stroke.

Things I do like about this drawing: Madara’s hidden smirk and Obito’s cute little face.
