Firebird can generate heat and flame, controlling these with molecular precision as well as create powerful winds by manipulating air temperatures. Firebird has also displayed more mysterious abilities like seeing visions, sensing the presence of evil, and seems immune to demonic possession. Most remarkably, Bonita may be immortal, having proven miraculously immune to potentially fatal conditions such as the vacuum of space, a universal poison (powerful enough to kill even the Silver Surfer), and massive radiation. The Collector believes she may be one of the few beings in the universe who cannot die.

      Scarlet experienced a moment of clarity, snapping back to her usual self, if only briefly. Wide eyed, she stared at the girl, a look of wonder surfacing on her face. “Speaking of beautiful… Your aura… I’ve never seen anything like it,” she whispered. “It’s so pure…”

Elina gave the girl a confused look than soon turned to a warm smile. “What do you mean?” She asked purely out of curiosity of what the girl would say seeing as she had heard those things before.
