Selecting just one challenge is really difficult! For all of us at Hilton, 2020 was a really challenging year in both a personal and professional sense. We had to navigate our firm through an unprecedented global travel standstill while making incredibly painful decisions concerning our workforce. Managing all that professional stress, along with the impact on our highly valued Team Members, while also worrying about my own family and their health was, I believe, the single biggest struggle. To put it mildly, I think we're heading in the right direction in terms of finding a solution to the health situation soon.
