So recently I started therapy bc I realized I actually have control over my life and I can get the help I need. Man first fucking thing my therapist says to me when he saw my last name was

“Woah are you Japanese? I love Japan, I love anime!!”

#I also told him abt the fact that I’ve been dealing with pretty bad paranoia ever since I was a kid and he prescribed me some anxiety #he also told me to use logic and statistics to combat this quote unquote anxiety like bruh idk how to explain it but ik it’s not anxiety #anxiety is something that I feel temporary but what I feel is so intense that I would feel constantly sick for months bc of these delusions #I’ve been struggling with delusions of be stalked and or admired from afar for so long it’s sick I hate these so bad #I know logically that truely I am not as admired or being stalked or being precieved as I think I am but at the same time I cant stop #I know when I look back on all the delusions I had growing up it’s so embarrassingly dumb but at the moment it felt so real and convincing #like ik that there’s nothing in my head watching me other than my own eyeballs and that all my thoughts are only in my head and my head only #and Ik that one coworker was not going into my house while I was at work even tho he was creepy and knew where I lived #ik that one classmate didn’t secretly hate me bc he could read my thoughts and thought I was a horrible disgusting human #and I know that non of my friends are fake or bots or are actually spying on me and trying to look for any dirt on me #but I can’t stop thinking abt it and at some point it feels so convincing and its so intense that I just can’t stop thinking abt all of this #this shit is not anxiety I’ve felt anxiety before and honestly i feel like I’ve know how to handle it I feel confident in most social #i don’t feel nervous abt job interviews or anything like that or talking to people I used to before and i sometimes feel it now and again #but it’s not as intense and unreal as what I’ve been going through all my life #anyway I just wanted to rant and get this off my chest #I’ll be back to doing art
