The Mr. Gains Blog of my mission to grow to 225! In the left was my younger cross-fit shredded years of about 140-145lbs. On the right, is my current progress of 180lbs, meaning I want to double this progress above! I strive to get a bigger belly than even my inspiration! My Inspiration to this Bulk is @fattyzadddy . He has trained me in Powerlifting but now he has also taken me under his wing for bulking AND Powerlifting! I've been eating meals with him for years, but now he's going to help push me past my limits and all-time high weights!!
