Same anon here, I drew in the second anniversary scouting and selected Tsukasa as my 4 star card on my sub acc, but ended up getting the 4 star Hokuto I’ve been dying for, as well as a 5 star Tsukasa. ON MY SUB ACC THATS LEVEL 3. I haven’t even cleared the damned beginner missions.
