Somewhere, in one of the many universes, Professor Crowley has just won a ridiculously prestigious prize for proving something incomprehensible about the stars. Professor Fell only came because a colleague guilt-tripped him into attending the ceremony. They haven't seen each other since university. They definitely didn't spend three years being inseparable, almost kissing twice, and then stubbornly choosing different lives. Crowley spots him before he reaches the stage. Aziraphale forgets he's meant to be clapping. The audience can't quite work out why the winner and the presenter are about to hug like they've forgotten there are hundreds of people watching. They are, in fact, about to make several very poor decisions in an expensive hotel before midnight. And they look like this.

Currently doing an X-Files rewatch (yes, I am old enough to have watched The X-Files multiple times, thanks for asking). And it’s just occurred to me that Mulder and Scully are basically Aziraphale and Crowley. Completely different people. Looking at the same thing and somehow seeing two entirely different universes. And yet they fit together so perfectly that neither of them really works without the other.

Also, and perhaps most importantly, you spend roughly half of every episode thinking: "Yes, yes, the aliens/conspiracy/apocalypse plot is very interesting, but... when are these two finally going to shag?"

A month ago, Good Omens tv ended on a sour note. Yet, our fandom has always been bigger than just a tv show. Whether you love the original book, the radio play, the book based first season, or even the whole tv trilogy, what unites us matters so much more. We are full of love.

Asa is definitely going to treasure that signed book forever. And not because it's a first edition. Years from now he'll be holding it up like: "Yes, Professor Crowley signed this for me... Then he married me."

To all the Good Omens artists: thank you, genuinely, from the bottom of my heart. Your illustrations have given me so many lovely moments over the years. Some made me laugh, some made me emotional, and all of them made my days a little brighter. I am also, admittedly, a little envious. While you're out there creating stunning artwork, my greatest artistic achievement is matching the colours of my highlighters when I'm annotating a book. Sometimes I even manage a nice gradient. Please keep creating. I'll keep admiring, cheering you on, and supporting when I can.❤️

Good Omens came out on 31 May 2019, and from that moment on, a lot of people's lives changed. Mine certainly did. Among the many things this series brought into my life, joining the fandom gave me the chance to learn more about aspects of humanity I hadn't had much exposure to before. It gave me the opportunity to explore the many nuances of sexuality, gender identity, and the different forms that love can take, in short, the endless variety of what it means to be human. I learned. I read. I listened. I observed. I understood. It opened my mind even further. And I carried those lessons into my everyday life and my work. I've been able to support people, push for changes in my workplace to make inclusion something real rather than just an assumption, and become a better version of myself. I hope, in some small way, I've helped make life a little better for others too. Whatever people may think about the controversies surrounding Season 3, no one can take this away from me: Good Omens made me a better person.

First of all, please excuse my English; it's not my native language 😅

I know many of us still have strong emotions about the ending, myself included. It's okay if you enjoyed it, and it's okay if you didn't. We may have different opinions, but I think we can all agree that we'll miss Aziraphale and Crowley, and seeing Michael and David working together. I sincerely hope they can perform together in another show.
