I adore requiem but I also have to admit that its painfully obvious that the story was rewritten a little later in development than usual and the story suffers accordingly

Alright so like Grace travels back in time and meets young leon is cute, yes, but what about Grace travels back in time and meets leon but also HER MOM. She can meet Wesker (maybe even mistakes him for Zeno and only then fully realises that Zeno is a clone, and how weird that is considering the differences between them) and then also meet her father before he goes through any form of regret and guilt and actually gets the time to really emotionally and mentally work through the fact that this is the guy who adopted her. The man who is, technically, her father, even if he is dead in her time. Meet Victor Gideon before he... you know. Turns grey. Meet Yoko and Cindy and all the other people who her mother survived Raccoon city with.

There is so much angst potential in the time travel concept for grace specifically. So many complicated feelings.
