Night is beginning. I feel myself shining in the dark. Silk is on my knee. My silk legs rub smoothly together. The stones of a necklace lie cold on my throat.

You eyes light up with something so pure, the obeisance of balance in love, equals like the persistence of the faraway stars to shine as brightly as the moon — Stolen moments in darkness that do not dissipate in daylight brightness. You, the only constant in my life.

Water does not resist. Water flows. When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress. Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you. But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing in the end can stand against it. Water is patient. Dripping water wears away a stone. Remember that, my child. Remember you are half water. If you can’t go through an obstacle, go around it. Water does.

The tequila thing is spot on. The rest..nah. No matter what is in my glass I’m turning up the music and one of three things happen. 1. Dancing ( duh) 2. Air guitar 3. Mosh pit in my kitchen. Snorts. Or if it’s the Japanese whiskey.. Ask Brazenbastard. It results in insane amounts of baking. To be clear I think he knew what he was doing. Apparently chocolate chunk chocolate cookies are his favorite. Along with the muffins, and pineapple upside down cake.
Those chocolate cookies were very good. I was kicking myself later for not having taken more. You know I never finished that bottle. 🤔me thinks you’re trying to lure me back to get the rest.
Perhaps.
Lavender Faery Wine for Imbolc
Ingredients: 1 cup of milk per serving. 1 tsp honey ¼ tsp of vanilla extract ½ a cup of brewed lavender tea Lavender buds or cinnamon Steep lavender buds or any lavender tea in ½ a cup of hot water. The more tea leaves or buds you use, the stronger the lavender taste will be. Warm a cup milk on the stove; be careful not to boil or else it’ll froth up and make a mess. Once warmed, pour in the tea, honey, and vanilla extract. Serve in a teacup and sprinkle lavender buds or cinnamon on top.
