how do u run an ask blog. help me hi this is my club penguin blog! I get way too into developing characters so I figured I may as well have a place to put them! but yeah this is also an ask blog for my main club penguin oc, Lilac!

(This is probably geared more toward rp/ask blogs but tbh anyone can do this! Character development is Fun(tm))
