Mind Sight

This is my BDO Tamer Puffin, tamers look like children so I decided to make a seven year old who turned out slightly tragic.

Puffin is blind; the colorful landscape is what she sees in her mind, like a daydream except this is her only way of “seeing” now. The long hair eludes to her past, before she lost her sight when all was as magical as her dream. When Puffin remembers herself the colorful landscape fades away and she opens her eyes to the blackness of her world. Despite this all Puffin dreams on and continues to find beauty in a world that is invisible to her.

I cannot imagine a world without colors as an artist and am constantly impressed by people who soar beyond the labeled limits of disabilities such as blindness, like blind painter John Bramblitt!

The Last Arrow

Enakshi faces off against a beast she can no longer run from, terrified she attempts to strike down her foe with her last arrow.

Essentially Enakshi is terrified of battle and even the smallest of monsters, such as salamanders. She can fight, as she was trained by her adoptive father who was a valiant knight, but she much prefers running away. She’s a wimp. This is one monster she learns she cannot outrun, it’s a good lesson for her.

Last night I had horrid nightmares and when I woke up I found my old ipod and decided to listen to some music to help me feel less spooked. This just popped into my head and I decided to spend the next five hours drawing it!

The song is Britt Nicole’s “Headphones” and I still laugh at the idea of Pitch dancing around my room to this song with me while wearing my pink headphones!

Poor poor Enakshi, she really dislikes insulting people though her cowardly nature overrules that. The black spirit choose poorly with this little elf, she’s more of a hassle than she’s worth.

I thought it’d be cool to do another drawing of Enakshi to modify styles again!

My BDO ranger Enakshi (meaning doe eyed), she was born from the north and adopted by an old knight. She’s a total wimp, but I love her.

New style experiment going for more realistic but still sort of fantasy based. It was fun, I’ll probably do more in this style, I’m still learning though!

The first of my potential “Today in Wildstar” joke series of crazy events that happen when online. I, being a noob, was with my strongest character in Whitevale (yup I’m only level 27) when I met these two wonderful/strange dominion players. I’m not big on pvp, I prefer pve...so I took no damage and they retreated.
