In the Eye of the Storm (Open, please read tags)
The storm had been developing for hours now..heavy downpour and strong winds ravaging almost every town..kingdom, country or city state in this new..and to him..unknown world. It had started with the sky suddenly darkening in a seemingly unnatural fervency and pace…the thick, bleak clouds forming and eerily looming above these lands. The rainfall began and at first..it just seemed to be a normal thunderstorm, but soon..the increasingly intense winds and the rainfall turning into a real deluge. To many people, the storm seemed to has appeared out of nowhere, as before the sky had been truly clear and the sun was high in the heavens, giving no indication for a weather disturbance like this. Scientists and meteorologists tried to come up with a logical or natural explanation, bringing forth all kinds of theories..while other people like sorcerers or summoners were talking about an imbalance of nature or even the wrath of a god.
Yet, none of the answers were the one they sought. The truth was to be found Inside the eye of the storm..amidst the bleakness and the rain..sunken in deep sorrow and desperation, was a hurt, broken soul. A half-pegasus was seated against a tree..almost lifelessly, his large, dusk-blue wings hanging limp from his back. Night was grasping his head tightly, the screams and noises in his head echoing in his mind..as memories were replayed…the events almost even..relived. All the terror of those events..that had taken away from him everything that he cared about..leaving him to suffer in solitude and grief, a broken soul..hurt and orphaned. Those memories…burning and agonizing, were stuck inside his heart and soul like a blade. His life afterwards..had been bleak, all the light and joy had been drained out of it…a deep darkness had enveloped him, keeping Night in it’s cold grasp.
Even though he was right in the core of the giant hurricane, it seemed like he did not even realize it, as if it was not there..being too sunken inside the pain and grief, which had inadvertently caused the storm to appear. Being half-pegasus, Night had been also born with strong affinity for magic and the same immense abilities, that the race had harbored since ancient times..of some which were the exceptional control over the weather and flight. However, he had inherited exceedingly great amounts of that magic..and it was prone to becoming hard to control when Night was affected by deep distress or negative feelings. Even as a child..the weather often used to respond to his feelings..being clear and pleasant..when he was happy..and becoming dull and dreary..whenever he was sad.
He had not caused the storm deliberately..as he never would consciously wish to harm anyone, that being the last thing, that he would ever want to happen. But the suffering inside of him..the feeling of isolation had taken hold of him…and thus his magic became unbound. His life from that fateful night onward.. had been governed by grief..by the feeling emptiness on inside his soul. But one of the worst and most painful things had been the solitude..that he had been suffering through..and it had become too much for him. The pain of there being nothing anymore..where before there had been care..love and happiness, it was eating away on him gravely, leaving him broken..and feeling left with only cold. He just wished for closeness..for warmth..and love.
As the half-pegasi held onto the female’s slender and soft hand, sensing the genuine care and concern that she was showing him..Night could feel something, that he hadn’t felt in many, many years…hope. After having been sunken in grief, sorrow and solitude for so long..the female was like a ray of light, which illuminated the darkness, that had enveloped the half-pegasi ever since that day. The slight haze of rain and mist eventually ceased and cleared away, the clouds drifting away to reveal the blue sky once more. Along with the feeling of hopelessness, the storm had vanished.
Through the wet, raven and gold hair, Night gazed at the beautiful ravenette before him, her smile uplifting and bright, feeling mesmerized by her. He heard her introducing her name..and what a lovely name it was. “Dove..t-that is such a beautiful name..” Night said, his voice shaky but genuine. A slight blush was on his cheeks..as he felt the warmth of her closeness..both feelings that he had missed so dearly..for a long time.
“M-my name is Night..” he would begin to speak..offering his own name in return. “I-i left my home..because i could not bear the pain any longer..” he admitted shaky..a sense of something truly horrible was filling the meaning of those words. “What was once my home…is lost.. And now i have no one to return to.. Not anymore..” His expression was filled with deep, long-endured pain and sorrow. Night would tremble and his eyes showed the deep despair..that had been consuming him slowly..over many years, that he spent in solitude. “I miss the care…i miss t-the warmth of another….I feel so alone…” he uttered and trembled.
After Night had spoken out that last sentence..implying to Dove about what happened in his past, the painful memories that were being replayed.. The screams and noises in his head echoing in his mind..and the events, almost relived. All the terror of that night…the chaos that had ensued, as well as the horror..even down to their screams, which had culminated into a cacophony of agony, it was stuck inside his heart and soul like a blade.
His life afterwards..had been bleak..like all the light and hope had been drained out of it. A deep darkness had enveloped him..keeping Night in it’s cold grasp. His days from then on had been governed by grief..by the feeling emptiness on inside his soul. And one of the worst and most painful things had been the loneliness..that he had been suffering through. The pain of there being nothing anymore..where before there had been care..love and happiness, it was eating away on him gravely, leaving him broken, fragile..and feeling left with cold.
And all that pain, the grief and sorrow, was imprinted in his young, fragile features..as well as mirrored in the slightly faded shimmer of his crimson red eyes.
Dove thanked him for thr compliment, no one had ever said her name was beautiful before! “Thank you~”
Slowly she saw that he was very sad and that it ran much deeper than surface level.. He had been through something traumatic.
Dove tried to pick her next words carefully, “I’m not very warm..” Her eyes glanced away from him like she was embarassed at this trait that very quickly alerted people to her not being all that normal.
“But I can hold you and keep you company if you need it and if you need to tell me your sorrows..” She gave him a big smile and squeezed both his hands, even though she was a stranger she wanted him to know that he could trust her. “I will listen to you~”
Night almost felt like this was all a wonderful dream or illusion, to be gazing into the eyes of this beautiful female, who now offered him a way out of the despair filled emptiness, that had taken hold of his life. A salvation from all the solitude and pain, that were haunting him day after day. But listening to her words, her promise to hold him and be by his side..and the gentleness of her touch..it all was truly real. Night could feel the honesty and benevolence in her intentions and feel it radiating from her. She really seemed to care and that was something that Night hadn't felt since..that day.
The half-pegasi's crimson red eyes softened, their deeply despair-filled expression lightening up a little, now with a hint of admiration shimmering in them, as their focus remained on the gorgeous female. And a faint blush even managed to shine through his pain-scarred features…especially, when he felt her tender hands holding onto his. "I...i.. thank you so much.." Night said with deep gratitude. "I-it means so much.."
But something was wrong. Because he could see something in her eyes…that reminded him so much..of the solitude..that he had been imprisoned in for so long. That moment of sadness in her expression, when she said that she wasn't warm..it did wrench on his heart. "A-are you alone..too? I d-don't know why you feel cold..but i'll give you all the warmth you wish for" Night said, his words filled with deep, genuine care.

He just wished for closeness..for warmth..and love.
The cool and heavy-hearted winds were howling..and the storm was surrounding them..encasing them in a veil of thick rain and clouds. At first, he had thought that whoever would find him here would come to harm him..one reason being, that he inadvertently was causing the storm..even if he couldn’t help it. His emotional pain and sorrow had taken hold of his magic, causing it to lash out like this and even alter the nature around him. The other reason was, that he wasn't a normal human..which his large, dark wings certainly gave away. And he knew the feeling of being seen differently, due of his pegasus heritage..all too well. But when he felt the gentle, tender touch of the female before him..he had never expected this to happen. To meet someone like the female..so beautiful and benevolent..and seemingly having come for him..making her way through the storm.
“´I-i am so sorry…you are all soaked because of the rain..” he said shaky, before looking down apologetically. He felt honestly bad about causing the storm..especially as she had made her way through all of it, just to see him. “But i can’t help it.. It's the magic, that i have been born with.. When it hurts so much..i can’t control it“ Tears began forming in the corners. "A-and it has been hurting me..ever since that day…when i lost..everyone..” Night soon looked up at her..the gaze his crimson red eyes carrying the sorrow and pain, that had been ailing him for so many dark..and agonizing years.
But seeing the kindness in her gorgeous features, as she held onto his hand and told him, that he could come with her..she seemed genuinely concerned. And when she then placed her soft, cool hand onto his cheek..the half-pegasi blushed and found himself…mesmerized by her. In fact, being in a completely unknown place…gazing in the eyes of someone like her, mysterious and beautiful; he almost believed this to be a dream. If only there had not been this very real despair..this very real pain of loss inside of him. His hand carefully placed onto hers..holding it lightly..his own hand trembling. “P-please..don’t let this be a dream..”
The winds began to become weaker, less and less lightning strikes occurring with each moment, as the heavy storm was seemingly fading away as quickly as it had started. The relentless torrents of rain were gradually losing in intensity, soon turning into a light drizzle..and then a trickle.

It had been pretty bright outside and Dove had been enjoying the sun and the shape of the puffy clouds when suddenly all of that was obscured by a dark and furious storm.
“What?” It seemed like it had come out of nowhere so it didn’t feel all that natural.. “…” She stood up and glanced at the Vastya village behind her with its swaying trees and homes and eventually stood up against the sheets of rain.
She had simply thought this was any old storm. Some heavy rain but it just got so bad so quickly.. The ravenette walked against the onslought of water until she found a slight calmness in the eye of the storm where… A man- no, not not a human man..
Was all this really coming from him???
Dove walked cautiously towards him.. Sat down on her knees and tilted her head curiously at his great wings and then at his agony ridden face.. He seemed like he’d be very handsome if he didn’t look so upset.
“You’re causing a storm you know..” She started plainly as she reached for one of his hands with her own gloved one.
Night, having been so sunken in his despair..and those horrendous memories tormenting him..wouldn’t have noticed anyone approaching him at first, especially in the severe storm..that was surrounding him in every direction, as well as the strong winds blowing about, that seemed to be oppressing the area here. Night had been striving through these lands for long..but not knowing anything about this place, as well as feeling of solitude and sorrow slowly eating away at him, it almost seemed pointless to stray around more. With his body leaned almost lifelessly against the tree..the sadness and exhaustion had taken a deep hold of him, his arms were hanging almost lifelessly off to the side. The half-pegasi's gaze was fixated on the ground before him..but the shimmer in his crimson red eyes had been long lost..
Night was deeply sunken in those horrendous memories..which were tormenting him ever since that day. Nightmares, which for a long time now, had haunted him many nights, forcing him to relive each and every moment of that fateful night again and again. The night, where the half-pegasi had lost his smile..when losing everything he loved..leaving him to the cold grasp of orphanage and grief. It was painful for him to remember..but having been so utterly isolated for most of his life afterwards..his pain and sorrow often made it impossible for him to push away the memories. He dearly missed the warmth..the care of another loving being…the love, that his heart was longing for..and give all these feelings back.
Suddenly, he could hear a faint noise..almost like a whisper in the storm. At first, he thought it was just his mind playing tricks on him, taunting him and his solitude by making it seem like someone was there...but then, he clearly heard of steps approaching. Night's broken red eyes would look up, trying to see. “H-hello..?” he uttered with a shockingly brittle voice..scarred by the utter pain and grief, that had been weighing on his heart for many, agonizing years. At first, he did not see anything..but then, a silhouette began appear within the mist. When the figure drew closer, stepping out of the dense fog..the half-pegasi soon became speechless, when he realized, that it was a young female approaching him.
She was breathtakingly gorgeous..her long, jet black hair, which was flowing past her shoulders like the purest silk. The girl had beautiful, vibrant purple eyes..which would have put even the most brilliant amethysts to shame. Through the veil of tears covering his eyes, Night saw the mysterious female reaching out for one of his hands, before feeling his hand being grasped upon. A slight tremble coursed through his spine, not having felt another's touch in an almost countless amount of time. Her touch felt, to his surprise so very cold to the touch, but she also felt so incredibly tender as well. For a moment, he could only gaze at her..mesmerized, before she began to speak, telling him about the storm he had inadvertently caused. Night looked around him briefly..nodding with sad recognition, knowing that it had been caused by his feelings, before he looked away with a pain-filled expression. “I..i have lost everything..” Night then uttered with a shockingly brittle voice..that was scarred by the sorrow he felt. “I have nowhere to go…and no one to return to anymore…nothing..”
Just want to see if anyone is interested in RPing with Night? (Interest/RP call)
I've been back for a few days after a long hiatus and am trying to get back into the RPing community, but sadly found that most of the RP blogs i once interacted with having gone, which i suppose is natural after all this time. Unfortunately, I am really shy and hesitate to write mails or ask for RP’s, because i worry that i just bother people or maybe am just not being interesting..
Like/comment if you would be interested in interacting/RPing with Night? You can also always just message me, send asks or ideas and plots! I am open to everyone
Here is his Profile/lore page, if you wish to find out more about him. And here the rules page, which i would very appreciate, if one gave it a glance
Thank you for reading this

Created a harp rendition of the melody “A Hero comes home” from the movie “Beowulf”
I love the soothing, celtic feeling to it and enjoy playing genres like this.
ʘ‿ʘ (Lamb) Very much so
Lamb is absolutely flush with embarrassment. Her face turns cherry red beneath her mask, her fluffy little cotton tail flits around, and she can barely mutter out a response. “Oh… Oh dear, I-I um- I mean that’s.. and- and you a-are… Um!”
I think you broke her.
The supernatural huntress wouldn’t be the only one blushing, because Night would find his cheeks flaring up into shades of red, after he had confessed to her that he found her to be very attractive, which still was an understatement.
“I am sorry, b-but i can’t help it.. Y-you are incredibly beautiful and fascinating..” The half-pegasi admitted timidly but sincerely, as he watched Lamb squirming bashfully.
After a moment of flailing around trying to straighten out her thoughts, Lamb finally manages to compose herself for long enough to mutter out her own confession. “I-I must admit th-that I find you to… to be quite fascinating as well.” Lamb could feel a thrumming in her chest, a pounding, pulsing feeling, frightfully similar to a quickly beating heart.
Hearing the beautiful spirit’s words, admitting that she thought of him as being fascinating as well, now caused the half-pegasi to fidget with his hands shyly in turn. The hue on his cheeks becoming even more intense, as he felt the heat rising, even up to his ears. “T-that makes me really happy” Night replies, his voice being slightly shaky and found himself entranced, as he was gazing into Lamb’s breathtaking, ethereal blue eyes, that shimmered brightly even from under the mask..completely drawing him into their beauty.
He carefully and timidly placed a hand onto her cheek, feeling the mask under his touch, as well as a few tufts of her incredibly tender fur underneath, a sensation, that he had never experienced before. “Y-you are so gorgeous..” he whispered almost breathlessly, his words filled with pure admiration of such otherworldly beauty. Night could feel his heart beginning to beat even faster, as was trying to muster his courage to ask “I would love t-to be closer to you..”
Lamb is fully taken aback by this request. Closer? How much closer would he be getting? What will happen? Why are her cheeks so warm and her thoughts all fuzzy? It sounds so nice. So sweet and tantalizing. Closeness. Never before has she been able to fully trust any being with her own body. But this boy. This little half Pegasus was making her feel as if she could trust him.
Despite her better judgement, and her overwhelming fear, Lamb sucked in a deep breath and lifted up her mask, just enough to reveal her plush lips. Before another word could be spoken, she pecked Night on the nose, placed her mask back in its rightful place, and scampered off.
As Night could feel Lamb’s cheek against his skin, he trembled slightly..and for the briefest of moments, his crimson red eyes were reflecting a sense of deep sorrow and pain. Something, that had been laying dormant in his past for a very long time..and memories of things, which had been haunting him even to this day.
How dearly he had missed that feeling of warmth, the touch of another..and even more so..the feeling of care and affection. Yet now, as he gazed into the enchanting blue eyes of the impeccable huntress, the half-pegasi found himself lost in their shimmer. She was so mesmerizing and beautiful..so precious with the way she was carrying herself.
Night saw her mask slipping for a moment..and felt her indescribably tender lips against his nose, kissing him sheepishly before retreating. Feeling her slip away, Night followed her, his heart full of yearning and the wish to not let her warmth ever vanish. “W-wait please” Night called out carefully as he moved after her, no matter where she would lead him to.
ʘ‿ʘ (Lamb) Very much so
Lamb is absolutely flush with embarrassment.

//Had fun with this one, hope you enjoy this one! The idea came to me when I kept going through your lore about what happened to Night. This could give people a better image of what ne looks like and what happened that fateful night.

Night could not remember, how long he had been walking now.. only that he had woken up a while ago, to find himself in an unknown place. It had gotten dark already..and the half-pegasi’s tired eyes arose after a while, looking at the area around him. but no matter how much he tried, he could not make anything of what he saw. He had reached a city..rather modern-looking, but yet also carrying hints of old things..even magic. Night had not seen a place like this before. It was dark..and modern buildings were standing in rows..creating dark alleys and passages..the more darker areas seemed quite unkempt..and suspicious looking figures seemed to be lurking around..giving him a strange glance..when he would walk past them..
Questions would fill his mind, contemplating where he was and how he got here, He just knew that he left his old home, because he no longer could bear the sorrow inside him..and the painful memories of events, that had taken away everything he once loved.. So he wandered around, trying to find a new life..but the despair inside him had begun to eat away at him..and the last thing he remembered, was that feeling of utter solitude almost drowning him, before his mind went into a state of darkness. Peculiar noises distracted him, hearing sounds of motors and machines nearby. He was afraid and did not really know his way around here, so he silently decided to head down a street, being sunken in thoughts, as he walked..After a long time of wandering, he felt exhausted and battered by the constant walking..almost straying around..without really having anywhere to go.
