I recently found out that because my parents have a tax extension and do not file until October, I can’t receive financial aid for this coming semester. I will have to take out extra loans through a separate bank if I do not win any scholarships. Education is very important to me (my second passion besides horses) and I entered the Wyzant Education Essay Scholarship for $10,000 today. This would cover the 2015-16 school year for me plus textbooks and would free up some money for showing.
