inside and outside 2 different Waffle Houses in central Florida.

two good dogs that live at the villa I stayed at for 10 days in Hoi An <3
I never posted anything from my Hoi An trip earlier this year! i went there to teach and it was the best most fulfilling experience ever. and i got to drink 1-3 vietnamese coffees a day.
two people I met at the Division Street farmers market in Chicago: Denise the olive oil seller, and Zo the musician who played an amazing Björk cover
more chicago... i was there for the Urban Sketchers seminar in July and spent a lot of time in this part of town that everyone told me was called 'viagra triangle'
Hello, I love your work. I came across your picture of La Poesia and realized it was in Buenos Aires and that I was going to be in Buenos Aires and that meant I could go see it in person. I, too, could have a cafe con leche and 2 madeleines! So I have that goal in mind and I'm really looking forward to to it, and I wanted to thank you.
I am the worst at reading and replying to my own mail, so please don't feel this as an imposition, but if you have any recommendations for a bookish person ( El Ateneo is on the list) in Buenos Aires, I'd be very grateful.
Best, ~mwt
I think I answered this on IG but for posterity, i liked the used book seller markets at Plaza Italia and Plaza Lavalle in BsAs!
