Gonna go ahead and drop my other two HTF Swap AU designs. We got Pop and Disco Bear, guys!

Much like my Swap Lumpy design, these are semi-redraws of old Swap Pop and Swap DB designs I had before. No the old designs aren’t on here and no I will never post them because the old designs look like shit.
Anywho, I do have more to say about these designs, so allow me! For Pop, I felt like the whole disco vibe wasn’t gonna fit him at all, so I went through some different ideas before settling on him being more into tango dancing than disco dancing. I wanted Pop to have a flirty/romantic but gentlemanly vibe to him. So here, he’s more of a gentleman than OG Disco Bear is. (Still gets no play tho). In the old design for Swap Pop, he did have heeled shoes, but I couldn’t get them to look right for this image so they’ve been removed. But I might add them back! As said in the image, the rose in his mouth replaces his smoke pipe. He never takes it out of his mouth and doesn’t plan to until he finds someone super duper special. (Although it would be a silly running gag if he just had tons of roses on hand). I haven’t decided on what I wanted to do with Cub yet but in my original draft, Pop still had Cub with him. I’m still deciding on what to do with the little goober, so give me a bit to think it out!
As for Disco Bear, I wanted him to keep his love for disco and the whole 70s era because it’s literally in his name. Hence why his robe has the leopard pattern on it! (And again, it’s based off Disco Bear’s canon PJs he could be seen with in “Ipso Fatso”). DB here…has really let himself go. He’s not as put together as his OG self, he’s got less energy. He’ll try to bust a disco move but it ends in him falling down and sleeping on the floor. And he does still try to flirt but again, ends with him face planting on a table and sleeping. Because he doesn’t have a smoking device like OG Pop, his little gimmick (idk what to call it) is that he’d be fixing parts of himself up. Fixing loose strands of hair, smoothing his fur and clothes down, and even attempting to apply eyeliner. Disco Bear’s whole story in my Swap AU has gone through several changes and I still can’t decide on one. The original idea I had for him was that he had not only a dead wife but a dead kid as well (hitting him with that double whammy special). But the other two ideas were giving him his own child (which would’ve been a daughter) and a dead wife, or simply having him have a dead girlfriend and no kid(s).
And…yeah! That’s about all I got for these two at the moment. I’m still working on deciding character swaps, character stories, personality tweaks, basically everything. But I’m hoping it’ll be pretty cool when it all comes together! 💙
