PAROKYA NI EDGAR LIVE IN DOHA!
A multi-award winning Filipino Band formed in 1993. The band is famous and most lauded for its original rock novelty and often satirical covers of popular songs both foreign and local. The band has since transcended musical genres, varying styles from one song to another - alternative rock, to pop rock, funk to rapcore - while providing comic relief.
Parokya ni Edgar has been referred to by local media as "Pambansang Banda ng Pilipinas" (The National Band of the Philippines).

We should always be ready. Last week, Philippines was hit by two strong typhoons. Typhoon Maring which was stronger than the first Typhoon Labuyo marked an unforgettable experience to our fellow countrymen who were in the most affected areas like Cavite, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Manila, Makati, Taguig and other cities. Strong winds, neck deep floods, ruined buildings ad houses, properties wrecked. In this time of our lives, let’s all pray and help each other to survive.
Everyone of us can help in any ways we want to, what’s important is it’s from our hearts.

I would like to share to you the Top 10 Photos I liked the most which were taken by my wife Lorela de Guzman during the B/Y Request Concert of Bamboo Manalac and Yeng Constantino last August 17, 2013 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. In this awesome shots, I can say that it was very very entertaining, superb and a world class show. Big big thanks to Globe Tattoo Family for giving my wife a chance to watch that big event this year, for the free Patron Tickets they gave us. I wasn’t able to watch but my wife brought me there when I see the videos and photos after the concert. That was so amazing! Til next time, see you in the Part II. :)
I always wanted to learn photography. Actually this is my first set of try, iPhonography101. Instead of using SLR, I used my iPhone5 to capture these photos. Quality may not be as good as what you get with an SLR but I'm still happy with the results. It's not bad, I think. As what photographers always say, "Photography isn't about the device you're using but how you capture photos to be more catchy and to meet satisfaction." More shots to come. Thank you! "Shoot with the 3 Lovely Models of DPSC"
DPSC or Doha Pinoy Shooters Club is a group of FIlipino Photographers in Doha, Qatar established on 2008. For their 5 years of existence, DPSC have already covered so many big events in Qatar like Concerts, School Fairs, Wide Range of Occassions and other activities organized by Filipino Organizations.
Just recently, DPSC members gathered in West Bay, Doha for their very first General Assembly for the year 2013. One of the agenda discussed was about the Launching of their new Website so keep updated for it will be available soon. They've also announced that they'll be accepting photographers who would like to be part of the club. It is open to all Filipino photographers in Doha. Just give them a shout.
Apart from those agendas, the assembly doesn't always end without photo shoots. So here's Mr. Leo Bautista with the 3 young and lovely models of DPSC.

The Yellow Hour Photoshoot with Janela
Afternoon of May 29 2013 when Leo Bautista, a Doha based Professional Photographer had a meet up with his Sweet Sixteen Model Janela Joy Cuaton in Ras Abu Abod, Doha, Qatar to do a photoshoot.
Janela is a sixteen year old student of Philippine School Doha who's currently working as a part time model on this summer time. That's one thing she loves the most. At her age, she's so young to achieve these things. People around her were so proud of her especially her families and friends. Keep it up Kid! :)
By the way, Photographers called it Yellow Hour because of the golden light of the sun by 4pm until 6pm. It is just so perfect to capture photos with the natural light. You’ll just need to find the perfect shot.
So, for the day's shoot, she started it with this charming & sexy pose.What a pose by the young Trinity Talent Qatar Image Model. Isn’t it perfect? :) It’s the combination of the natural light and that wonderful smile that made this photo perfect.
