Water

Not one cup of soda yesterday. Filled my 24 ounce Starbucks cup with water and sugar-free fruit punch mix eight times yesterday and drank them all. Little life changes there really hard for me love my soda probably more than I love my Oreos

So if my best friend can do it....So can I!

I decided yesterday that after a year of eating anything and everything I wanted no matter how sick it made me that I have to change. My weight started creeping back up slowly and then it just jumped. I'm feeling the. Effects, my knees are staring to hurt again, bending down and lifting things hurt. And I hate that all my clothes are tight. I WILL NOT go out and buy bigger clothes! (Unless it's a bra, then we can discuss that) so today is my day, maybe not to eat THE BEST, I'm not prepared and broke, but today's the day I start thinking differently. Instead of dipping 5 Oreos into my coffee I will just have 2 or none (depending on how nauseous I am willing to feel, my stress level is at a 70 right now so I really want them but know I won't be feeling good for at least 2 hours afterward) Time to go to work....wish me luck! Oh and btw I know Stinky is the only one reading this so.... I LOVE YOU SOOOOO MUCH AND THANK YOU FOR GETTING ME STARTED (and no I will not go to the gym with you)
