This is a PSA for those who bring ESSA's or any plushies in public.
Your animals NEED some kind of tag with identification. If you lose your stuffie and they don't have some kind of ID, it's game over.
It doesn't have to be a nice engraved tag, you can cover cardstock with clear tape. You can write on the tag sewn into them if it's still attached.
You or someone you trust's phone number NEEDS to be on your animals somewhere. You can also include your address if you want so they can be mailed to you.
Here's my tag as a template:
Hi! I'm a [mental disability/condition] support [animal]. I'm very important to my owner! If I'm lost, please call [number]

Going to the doctor by myself is a really really hard thing to do, so I always bring a friend. Looking down to see Thimble looking up at me definitely helps a little 🩷
