omg omg im so excited and nervous to be here! hi lovelies! im viva, and this is my baby estelle! i’d love to plot with everyone and set up dramatic plots and incredible backstories, so if you’re interested then hmu in the ask box, or if you have aim then that’s better! anyways here’s a bit about estelle. i have her bio set up here, so if you want to read her backstory, but here’s a little bit of her headcannons that i put in my app!
- while performing, or interacting with fans, this is the only time she’s at her most interactive. with the people that support her and love everything about her, it’s more comfortable for her to be a little open with herself, since this was the first time since her aunt that someone supported and loved what she did. while on stage, she’ll jump around and isn’t afraid to have fun, or when she’s around fans, she’s not afraid to laugh or make funny faces for pictures. but when it comes to paparazzi, interviews, red carpets, and getting on stage to present an award, it’s something she’s more closed off with. it confuses people at time, but it’s not something she’s comfortable with yet. she tends to be more of a soft spoken person, and keeping a small smile on her face.
- her singing style is mostly pop/r&b, but can drift into more of an indie pop as well. she has a high vocal range, and isn’t afraid the hit the high note, but times she’s very into having a very slow and stripped down acoustic song that makes you feel what she’s feeling. whatever the song she writes, you can tell what she was feeling during that moment.
- when not on stage, or out working, she tends to stay indoors, and living the simple life she’s always have. she prefers a movie night than a dinner where she is around paparazzi. she’s one to go home after an award show, preferring to skip out on a after party, and if she does go, she’s often in the corner of the room, feeling slightly out of place in such a social outing.
-“the funny thing about introverts is once they feel comfortable with you, they can be the funniest, most enjoyable people to be around. it’s like a secret they feel comfortable sharing with you. except, the secret is their personality.” this quote is a perfect representation of her. because when people pick out shy and timid people, they tend to think they’re the sweetest and most innocent of all people, but estelle is far from that. she has this part of her that’s witty, and dirty minded. it’s like a side of her no one expected, and if anyone is lucky enough to get that side of her, it’s something that’s surprising and special.
- she is a gemini, and despite the trend being “two faced,” she’s not necessarily two faced in a bad way. while to majority of people, she’s shy and more of the closed off side, when you get to open her shell and see her for the real her, she’s more open and witty as opposed to being the quiet one.
- she is the infp personality type. she’s very idealistic, when it comes to situations because she sees a lot that goes on around her. being the quiet one has it’s perks, while she sat quiet in the back of the class, she witnessed a lot that went down and is more experienced than most believe. she sees things for what it is, and that’s how it’s always been with her, but a part of her slips into a dream of fantasy to escape reality. she’s very creative when it comes to her art and music. she writes beautiful music and has a very detailed and well thought out plan for when it comes to her music, shows, music videos, etc. she has such passion for it. although, she can be very altruistic and tends to overthink situations. she feels the need to let others have their way to avoid conflict, and tends to come off as selfless. she has a habit of helping others, but the second they try and help her, she closes off and stops it. this leads to the habit of being closed off. she’s very hard to get to know because of the large walls she put up, and if you’re willing to fight, then you can break the walls down, but it’s not easy.
- this is totally random, but i had a thought of her in school, and sitting in the back of the class. she’s quiet, headphones in without music playing and doing her work, while others talk and all, and there’s a group of students in front of her talking about a tv show or something and asking questions about something, and she’s just silently mouthing the answers to herself because she knows exactly what they’re talking about and loves it but is too shy to speak up and join the convo.
- i can personally see estelle being borderline when it comes to returning home. though she’s very happy and excited to be in a place where she’s not in the spotlight as much, and to be around someone who’s always supported her. she feels a sense of home, but at the same time, the possibility of running into her family the first time since she left for college years ago frightens her, because she’s not prepared for what’s going to go down.
- i reblogged this post on the muse blog, the one of jesse and becca from pitch perfect and i honestly see this being something i want for estelle in the future. i want to develop her into something more than just a introvert. i want to have someone be willing to push through her walls and want to see her for who she is, which is rare when it comes to her.
