Italy, Here I Come
Over the past day and a half I have been travelling, needless to say, I am exhausted!! Getting here the feeling of regret has definitely popped up in mind because I’ve made such a long commitment to stay here for but I also feel anxious and nervous to see how it will pan out. This for me is a completely new experience. Going away and living with a family I barely know. Seems like a big leap of faith right? Well it was, now I’m here and I can’t go back.
A lot of people network the wrong way. They focus on their own needs and personal benefit, completely ignoring those needs and wants of the other person. Focus on 2-way beneficial networking, making sure to give the other person an opportunity to benefit from the relationship as well. This approach will help you secure more connections and opportunities, which will all contribute to strengthening your personal brand.
