New Collection coming out February 20th!
A little collection inspired by my trip in Japan and made with beads I purchased in Tokyo. 💫
Some moons I have available 🖤
A custom pin for a Sonny Angel fan 👼
Beaded Cig Ad 💫
If it’s not beaded, is it even cute? 💫
A dreamy collection I finished beading 💫
Purple beaded moon earrings came out so dreamy 🌙
Post Travel Blues
I was excited to come home.
I missed my bed, my coffee, my language.
but now everything feels too quiet,
like my body returned
and my heart missed the flight.
Chappell Roan beaded earrings I made and I still think about them often. 🩵
The Miyuki Bead Factory is a crafter’s paradise 🇯🇵💫
gentle reminder: every order carries a piece of my heart ✨
I hosted a 1k follower giveaway on my insta and the winner could get a complete custom. She chose Sonny Angel earrings. And I’m in love with these cuties! 🍓
When Indigeneity becomes a brand
it’s unsettling to see designers who speak of ancestors and craft turn around and mass-produce their work overseas on the same factory floors that exploit others for cheap labor
they post about slow fashion and sacred process but the tags read made in china on polyester that snags after one wear
then comes the price... hundreds of dollars as if every stitch passed through their own hands as if the story justifies the markup
this isn’t sovereignty, it’s marketing rooted in borrowed language and outsourced labor
if you build your name on heritage but rely on the same systems that harm others what makes it different from the fashion houses you critique?
real care isn’t just in the design it’s in how it’s made, and who bears the weight of making it
New to Tumblr, but excited to share my beadwork on here. 🖤
