Something I truly despise about femdom is how quickly lots of us reproduce the manosphere bullshit.

Every time I get here, on Reddit, on Twitter/X, or on any other site about femdom, I always end up finding the same type of comments soon enough. "You're a beta if you're a sub" "You're not enough of a man if you're a sub" "You're less of a man if you're a sub" and, while I understand the appeal for humiliation (hell, it's one of my kinks) I think we should analyze the whys behind it, shall we?

Why would you, a man, be "less of a man" if you're a sub? Because obeying women turns you on? Because you're subservient to women? That makes you a "beta" or a "sissy"? What is a true man then? Someone who subjects women? Someone who has female subs? This mindset is inherently problematic because, deep down, is rooted in misogyny. Being a sub doesn't make you any less of a man, and it definitely doesn't make you a beta, because beta males don't even fucking exist. It was based on a poorly made study that has been consistently debunked ever since its conception, even by its own author.

I may not be the right person to say this because I'm a man after all, but femdom world is WAY more male-centric than we'd like to believe.
