8 years. 8 years of genuine friendship, and I don’t think the fire is dimming anytime soon. Thank you for borrowing my glue and scissors back then, it made us closer because I don’t know how to talk to people (HAHA INTROVERT PROBLEMS). Happy 21st birthday, bes! Thank you for existing. Not a day goes by that I do not thank God that you were my frontmate, and then later on became my lunchmate, and then basically became a best friend, a sister, a confidant, a FAMILY. We might have only been classmates once in highschool, but you were the most consistent. I cannot think about Saint Louis without remembering you and our little squad. Some people came, some people went, but you remain. Thank you for remaining bes. Thank you because all throughout highschool, we never really had big fights. I don’t even think we ever really fought, because we understood each other well, and for that I am truly blessed because God gave me not only a bestfriend, but a soulmate.
