So, imagine yourself as a stubborn child who loves their father dearly. You have the same quirk as your father, but even stronger. You train with your father everyday and it is ❛ your thing ❜. He is training you to surpass his old rival, All might. He smiles and trains happily with you whenever he can.
Then suddenly one day your father stops you from doing ❛ your thing ❜ just because your body is not designed for your quirk and has your mother's genes instead. You get burns whenever you use your quirk. But its okay, right? After all you understand your body the best and want to make your dad proud. You want to surpass his rival and become even better than himself so he can be proud of you.
Your father doesn't train you. So what? You are old enough to take care of yourself, right? You keep on getting siblings and it make you realise that your mother is a breeding machine. And you and your siblings are ❛ failed experiments ❜. Your father has stopped smiling as once he did. He doesn't train with you anymore. But its okay once if you become strong, he will love you again and be proud of you, right?
And then, your third sibling is born. His hair is half-white and half-red. Once glance at him and you understand that he is the ❛ perfect child ❜ your father wanted. You are trying so hard to prove your worth to your father so he acknowledges your worth, he starts loving you again. But all he does is stop you from doing ❛ your thing ❜.
Time skip to when your third sibling gains his quirk. He is the ❛ perfect child ❜ your father wanted all along so his blood can surpass All Might. He starts training him and doing ❛ your thing ❜ with him. You hate every ounce of him because he is stealing your love and time with your father. But once you become stronger than his ❛ perfect child ❜ he will acknowledge your worth and love you again, right?
So you train everyday to make yourself stronger than his ❛ perfect child ❜. You get some burns and they hurt but its okay as long as you are getting stronger and you'll be able to surpass his ❛ perfect child ❜ and All Might. He will love you again and be proud of you once that happens, right?
Then one day, your fire gets stronger. It turns blue indicating its hotter and stronger than your previous fire. Finally, you are strong enough to fight the child who has been stealing love of your father. You get all excited and happy that finally your father will acknowledge your worth and will no more think of you as a mistake. Right?
You keep on reassuring yourself that your youngest sibling has nothing to do with this. It was not his fault he was born as the ❛ perfect child ❜. It was your dad who was obsessing over his power, the reason he ditched you and your brother.
You tell your father to meet at a certain place so you can finally show him you are not a ❛ mistake ❜ or a ❛ failed expermiment ❜. He can finally love you again. He will be proud of you and start training you again. You will not be considered as useless as your siblings.
He will finally understand that he was wrong abandoning you. He was wrong considering you a mistake. A failed experiment. He will start loving you again. He will be proud of you. He will give you the attention you deserve. He will finally consider you an equal to your 5 year-old sibling and his so called ❛ perfect child ❜, right?
Ding dong! You were wrong. He never showed up. You kept on waiting for him but he never showed up. Now you cannot prove your worth. He will never love you. He will never be proud of you. Or he never loved you. He never cared about you. He never was proud of you. He never loved your mother or your siblings, all he loved all along was power. A modern-day hero who only loves power. A power which holds his affection and pride.
Your emotions take the hold of you activating your quirk. Your flames are extremely hot. You can't control them and they are painfully hot. Its scorchingly hot and excruciatingly painful and you can't control it. You are burning in your own flames and you don't know how to stop it.
After all, the only thing he taught you was how to put up the heat.
