                                         Etsu had no idea what this man was talking about,                                          unless her family had planed a surprize trip to see                                          her? Then they were a few hours north, and they                                          weren't ones to plan sudden trips with no warning.

I                      wasn't told that my parents and                      brother were coming here so I                      doubt that their waiting for me.                      So I'll ask again, what on earth                      are you talking about!?”

The Headmaster has hired me to spruce up the gardens around your school, if there’s anything that you would like to see in them feel free to let me know! Or there’s a clip bored hung up on the doors to the dorm where you can write down any flowers  you’d like to be put in them.”

     ~🍰~ Etsu wasn’t sure what else to say, the other didn’t seem very talkative and she didn’t want to push conversation. But she figured she’d get one last question in. “As a thank you for helping me, do you have any requests for a flower for the gardens?” It probably seemed like a bit of a strange question, but either way she’d been hopping to get some opinions from the students on flowers they’d like to see.

⊰ ♘ ⊱—;   Flowers… His mother and Ichiru always liked them. In front of their house, his mom planted rows of various flowers– but the lilies were her favorite. That’s why he named White Lily the way he did. Now he felt kinda guilty for not taking much of an interest in this before; he woulda asked Kaien about maybe ordering some. “Uh…” …Yeah, don’t bother with it Zero. This place isn’t home anyway.

          “Whatever you put out here’s fine. I’ve got no preference. I– don’t really get flowers and things like that. I trust you’ll do fine. It’s your job, right?”

     ~🍰~ "Well, I mean yes it is. But I was hoping to get some opinions of what the student would like, to make them more comfortable well there away from home. Since your here all year long I figured you might like to pick something that makes you feel more at ease. Isn't there any flower that you like to look at, of even like the smell of?" She planned on asking more of the student as they came back to the dorm, after she had a chance to see what she had to work with. But she wasn't to sure she was really going to get much of an answer out of Zero.

             "I for one love blue orchids. They always make me feel at ease, that's what I'm hoping to accomplish by getting the student opinions, find something to put in that can do the same for them when they start to get stressed or miss home."

⊰ ♘ ⊱—;   W h y  is she trying to engage in conversation with him? He’s clearly not the friendly cuddly sugary sweetie sort. Not wanting to completely rude considering she was a guest at the academy and all, he gave a quick response to the woman identifying him correctly. “Yeah. I’m Zero. Nice meeting you too.” As Etsu brought up Kaien and Yuuki, however, he rolled his eyes and continued the trek to the sun dorms. Those two were always busting his back with their well-intended idiocy it was a miracle he didn’t go insane. The dorms weren’t too far off now.

Zero didn’t wanna be bothered today which was why he was skipping out on class again like he had all week– he’d been in the stables for a while and was now heading back to his dorm. Well, at least she’s not another damn vampire.“Follow me. I was on my way over there anyway.”

      ~🌸~ Etsu gave the younger boy a small smile, realizing that he didn't seem to happy about having to help. "You must be Zero, Headmaster Cross mentioned you and his daughter to me when I arrived. My name is Etsu Hikaru, it's nice to meet you." Though in all honestly the whole aloof thing tended to annoy her, Etsu wasn't really one to be rude without real reason. And seeing as he'd been nice enough when she asked, and agreed to help her find her way she didn't really see a reason to be.
