today, i went to my first cupsleeve event. can't believe they held on in hawaii! & can't believe i was lucky to go with my new army friend :-)
listening to my 'daily mix 1' playlist and IU never disappoints. i wish i could sing along. i'm not sure why, but i don't like showing my parents my happiness. there's something really toxic in my mother that makes her use my happiness against me. yeah, that's why.
at least she started to rearrange the hoarder's storage living room and i can finally use the chair i made back in 3d composition.

real examples of job interview questions from my boss:
three years ago, when I interviewed for my current job, questions came from a long list that my boss had written himself. I found that list recently and trimmed it down to what I believe are the hardest/trickiest questions to answer so that maybe you guys can think on them and be prepared for your next job interview! best of luck!!
please describe for me a typical day on your past/current job
why did you leave your last job?
how do your previous work experiences prepare you for this position?
give me an example from your current/past job that demonstrates your persistence.
how do you organize yourself for day-to-day activities?
when you are assigned to work with new people, how do you go about getting to know them and how they work?
what type of person is the hardest for you to get along with?
how do you handle conflicts, like with a co-worker or boss? how do you resolve them?
how would you define a conductive work atmosphere?
what do you want out of a job?
what makes a job enjoyable for you?
what is your greatest strength? worst deficiency?
how do you take direction?
what do you do when things are slow at work?
what do you do when youâre having trouble solving a problem?
what kinds of decisions do you find particularly hard to make?
why is it important to prioritize?
why do you think youâll be successful in this job?
what are your goals - both short term and long term?
how do you cope with the inevitable stresses and pressures of the job?
what kinds of things would you want to avoid in future jobs?
what reservations do you have about working here?
what ways do you find work interferes with your personal life?
define cooperation.
how can we best reward you for doing a good job?
the app âBe Employed When you Graduateâ has a library of questions like this. It will show you a timer so you can practice answering quickly and specifically (without rambling on and on or stumbling into an embarrassing story). Then you can watch a video of your answer to see how many filler words or verbal tics you might not have noticed.
Admittedly, this forces you to (1) watch a recording of yourself talking (2) taken via the front facing camera on your phone. But itâs good practice!
wow, why have I never heard of this app?! thank you for sharing!
writing an essay in college is just like *opens a word doc**writes nothing**drinks coffee**wanders the library**perfect source is behind a paywall**spends an hour crafting a one-sentence thesis**drinks coffee**writes half the essay in one sitting**finds a good quote and almost starts crying**stresses over how vague the prompt is**drinks coffee*
