“Family and friends… though I doubt they truly count as more than merely allies, but they serve their purpose all the same.” The wicked gleam in Genna’s eyes intensified as she stared into those of the strange man next to her. He seemed to be enjoying her brazen attitude, which was a rare find indeed.
She thought briefly of how her brothers would react to her interaction with him; Genna was certain they would be appalled but not surprised… except Gerion, who would role his eyes in order to hide his mirth toward her exasperating ways. “The only intentions I own are those of following my own free will. I do not concern myself with the opinions of sheep.”
"Allies we cannot choose," Euron concurred with a sharp nod. It was something he understood too well, particularly where his brothers were concerned. He could only imagine how different his family would compare to hers, though unsurprisingly she gave him no insight whatsoever in that regard. That was a positive, he supposed. It showed there was true cunning in her.
"A noble motto, my lady. I can only see it getting you into the worst kinds of trouble. For instance, if someone were to find you close enough to kiss a Greyjoy, I cannot see them being best pleased."
