Someone is REALLY trying to get you to turn on Jo. She's suddenly in your office, asleep on your couch. She doesn't look like she's been bit, but the smell of her blood is overwhelming. Seeing as she's a time traveler and a Fate of the universe - as well as your mate - her blood must smell more than just delicious... It could turn even a seasoned vampire mad with hunger. What do you do?

Eurydice froze when the scent hit her. Looking at the couch she clenched her fist. Her hunger burned, but also did her need to make sure Jo was okay. Eyes gold, teeth bared, she knelt down next to Jo laying her hand on her shoulder. “Johanna...” she nearly moaned out, looking for where the scent of blood was coming from.

Annabelle comes up to you, a friendly smile on her face. "Hello there, Eury... How about you and I make a deal?"

Eurydice narrowed her eyes. She wasn’t quite sure if she could actually trust Annabelle. “And what kind of deal is that?”

Jo tilts her head. “We’re having sex?” She tilts her head a few times, like a puppy who’s heard a confusing sound. She looks around when Eury does. It’s literally the exact same since Eury left the last time; almost as if Jo hadn’t been there since.

“I’m confused.”

“Oh! You meant actually sleep.” If Eurydice had enough blood in her body right now, she’d be blushing. The vampire smiled and nodded. “Sure, we can sleep together.”

Annabelle comes up to you, a friendly smile on her face. "Hello there, Eury... How about you and I make a deal?"

Eurydice narrowed her eyes. She wasn’t quite sure if she could actually trust Annabelle. “And what kind of deal is that?”

“I need someone to hurt Johanna, and I know you’re the perfect one to do it.”

She smiles brightly, wandering into Eury’s office and sitting on her desk. “You see… remember that vampire you pissed off? The one that you let go free because his coven was going to give him a harsher punishment? Yeah, he’s killed his coven. And now he’s coming after you.” She smirks.

“Well, actually, he’s coming after Jo. Because to hurt you, you don’t go after you. You go after the one that got away, right?”

The blonde stood from her seat and in the blink of an eye was standing in front of the other woman. “If you think I’m going to allow you to make me hurt her just to keep someone else from doing it, you’re mistaken. I will protect Jo with my life, and I’m pretty damn sure Jo can take on a single vampire.”

Eurydice’s eyes were bright yellow, fangs extended, and hands clenched into fists. If there was one thing that set her off, it was threatening someone she cared about. Jo especially.

Annie laughs. “Well then… I guess the fact that he has your signature on a contract telling him to kill her is reason enough for Jo to never trust you again, eh?” She had a plan B. It was that.

“You were mad that Jo broke up with you, and you didn’t want anyone else to have her, so… You went full Twilight on her. And now you’ve contracted a dangerous vampire to take her out.” Annie smiles gleefully. “At least, that’s what it’ll look like.”

Eurydice growled and pushed back Annie. She had to get to Jo now. She ran down to her car and went straight to the lycan’s apartment. God damn it. Why? Why did they use her to get to Jo? They could have done anything, but they always wanted to destroy her. Annabelle, Erick… They had messed with this vampire for the last time.

When she got to Jo’s apartment complex, she ran to the door and didn’t wait for an answer before kicking the door in. “JO! Jo, where are you?!”

The vampire was dead, but the woman in the room wasn’t the usual Jo Eury saw. Still, the scar was there, as was her scent. She looks extremely pissed off, green light flowing in her eyes.

“Look… I’m going to have to fight you for this. It won’t be fun, I’ll cry afterwards, but I’m sure to give your body a good burial… well, what’s left of it, anyways.”

Shit. This is not how it was supposed to go. None of this was supposed to happen. “Jo. You know me. Why would I do this?” The vampire raised her hands to try and help the other woman see she wasn’t a threat. “Even if I wasn’t happy with the breakup, why the hell would I have hired anyone to kill you?”

The blonde hoped that the lycan would see reason in what she was saying, or at least be willing to talk it out so that they could understand each other.

Jo blinks.

“Are you saying you were happy with the breakup?!?” Jo asks, clearly offended. She walks towards Eury, standing tall in front of her. “You sent that bloodsucker after me, and now you’re insulting me, and… Just… GAH.”

She bops Eury on the nose. It’s not enough to hurt but it’s enough to annoy. “Bad bloodsucker.”

That wasn’t quite the response she was expecting, but it was one she’d take. At least she wasn’t in pieces. “I’m not saying I was happy with it, I was sad, but I also understood why. I wasn’t there for you, and I’m sorry. I wouldn’t be so angry though that I would send someone to kill you. It was my fault, not yours.”

The vampire swallowed. “I would protect you with my life if I could.”

Jo rolls her eyes. “Yeah, well… You’re a pleb and I don’t like you.”

She sticks her tongue out at the woman; she hopes that Eury gets the hint that Jo isn’t mad. She knew it wasn’t a very Eurydice thing to do, to send someone after someone else. So she knew it wasn’t Eury, but someone else. She got that information confirmed right before the rogue vampire died.

“So… How about you sleep with me to make up for it.” She means cuddling and literally sleeping, not sex. “If you’re comfortable sleeping here, that is.”

The vampire lifts a brow and slowly sets her hands down. Damn it. How could she have been stupid enough to think Jo would fall for something like that. Though at the mention of sleeping together, Eurydice swallowed, not quite able to get the hint about the only sleeping part.

“I uh...yes, but...” The blonde looked around the apartment. “You want to jump straight into sex?”

Johanna freezes before her head snaps up to look at Eury. Suddenly, she’s human and has pulled Eurydice under the covers.

“Some stupid game show,” Jo replies, keeping Eury as close as she can.

“Not really watching for the show, huh?” she asked, gently massaging Jo’s neck with a free hand. “What’s up?”

She was here now. “Well…you’re cuddling me.”

“Be there in forty five.” She hung up the phone and quickly changed into a pair of dark jeans and a blue t-shirt. She then headed down to her car, driving halfway across the city to Jo’s apartment, heading up and knocking on the door.

Erick opens the door and nods politely at Eury.

“Thanks for coming. She’s inside.” He moves towards Jo’s room and opens the door.

Inside is a wolf under covers. She looks positively bored, watching some stupid television show. She huffs, curling up into a ball under the covers. She hasn’t seen who came in yet; she thinks it’s just Erick.

The vampire followed the boy into the apartment. When they got to Jo’s room, she looked inside. Giving a soft smile she nodded to Erick. “Thanks, I’ll take it from here.” She stepped into the room. “Hey Jo. Whatcha watching?”
