Having had a hard day with his classes with having to deal with all the assignments that had been brought back from their independent study and having to teach about Freud's impact on psychology for about 3 hours. He was surprised that he wasn't already void of any energy but somehow he still felt like he can carry on just fine for the night.   He had a date, something that he hadn't really been on since his days in college so the experience did feel all new and mysterious to him again.   His class had disappeared off so he made his way over to his apartment to get ready for the night out. 

All ready in a casual suit, is there such a thing as a casual suit.  He wondered to himself but decided to stop thinking about realising that he was pushing for time to meet Victoria at the French restaurant that they were meeting at.   He got in his car and made his way over to the restaurant and handing the keys over to the valet when he got there. He wondered if he should have offered to pick her up or not.  Offering a warm smile to the maître d’.  "2 for Bramble please."   He led him to their table and he took a seat then proceeded to order a Dom Pérignon.  He rubbed a hand through his hair lightly whilst he waited for Victoria.

Yes that, I must say that I’m very flattered and I think we could go to a nice restaurant for dinner.

Oh don’t be too flattered it’s not that big of a deal, really. Dinner will be fine. When are you free?
