Hello, I write light novels. Or have been writing them for about a year and a half now. When I first started writing, it was difficult, a struggle. But in time, I slowly figured out how to turn my vague ideas into a cohesive story.
I learned how to write a novel, then edit it, then make references and designs. That was how I finished my first volume back in August of last year. Then, once I published.
I truly underestimated how difficult it was to sell a book, haha. I knew little and dived headfirst into the ocean with no help and no path forward. But in time, I slowly figured some things, found my way. After all, a story isn't a solo journey. It encompasses all the things you learned and gained along the way. From getting help from my friends, to working with my artist, Pineapple, to receiving feedback, everyone's help aid me so far.
Yet, the journey still felt or feels, lonely. Even after a number of reviews and a editorial, it seemed like people were not really interested. So, I tried a number of things. they didn't work.
But then, I remembered. The reason I am writing.
It was not merely to write a story but to share my vision. After all, Star Evolution just reflects my hope in humanity and my desire for us to overcome our problems by facing ourselves and growing, learning from our reflections, not repeating our mistakes. So, that is a big part of why I write. To unite people and to overcome. To learn and grow and connect our shared differences with our common similarities.
There is a little bit of ourselves inside of each other. So, as I continue to outline and work on some more promotional art, I just wanted to share what I have been through a bit. And that my feelings of passion for not just humanity but the world, will always remain a burning star in my heart.
