I feel like this one hasent been takes about much: tummy aches caused by parasites

Just the thought of having some sort of literal bug inside the stomach or intestines would be enough to send someone into compleate terror, plus the pain and discomfort. Maybe the parasites are eating all the food their host eats and leaves nothing for them, making them starve no matter how much they eat. Or maybe they nibble and bite at their hostes belly, causing them excruciating pain as their gut is eaten from the inside out.

The horror on their face when they finally get to a hospital, painfully making their way themselves or being in so much pain they had to get a friend to take them, and they find out what’s making their tummy hurt so badly. Being disgusted and afraid of what’s inside them, wanting to rub their belly to ease the pain but scared to feel their bloated stomach. To get rid of them, they have to take medicine that acts like a poison to kill the parasites, but it makes them horribly sick at the same time.

It’s just a horrible experience for the poor thing, leaving them totally exhausted with an upset tummy
