the project hail mary brain worms have struck because why am i starting to write a fic where a post-canon astrophage accident sends basically everybody back in time EXCEPT FOR grace. it is now a race to kidnap who is going to be the most important man in the world in approximately one month when the petrova line is discovered and he basically single handedly saves the planet. world leaders are mobilizing their special forces to go kidnap a middle school teacher because collaboration is great and all, but they probably have enough resources that if they can just get their hands on this one guy their scientists can pick up the slack and then their country will get credit for saving the planet. anti-hail mary/ecoterrorists who had spies within the task force are aiming to take him out permanently. eva stratt is trying to organize a rescue mission with authority that she does not have because the petrova line hasnāt been discovered and the task force does not exist.
