I got to take a class on acrylic paint! :D It was focused on different thicknesses and textures of the paint available and how to mix them and layer them. This was the final painting I did, after a day and half of exercises and practice, and I'm so happy with what I used. High flow for the sky to heavy gel and crackle paste for the tree and lichen.
Had an idea, and it actually turned out so cool~ The hunter's mark from Bloodborne done in droplet shaped garnets!! Maybe I'll finish it in a drop shape with a beaded edge?
Bloodborne babies drawn from memory and one choir member drawn from reference (so many glorious clothing layers).
Would you like a h'or derv hors d'oeuvre? No? *spins around on the spot and presents what appears to be the same tray* Would you like a cigar?
I made more good hunter squid children! :D I'll see if I can write proper instructions on how I make them.

My Feanorian pin: now with a test silmaril! I just had this crystal for bookmarks but I think I might use a different crystal that is cut with an 8-sided star in the facets. Maybe a slightly bigger crystal too? If you think the gem could be bigger than this let me know.

Been working on her as part of a bigger illustration, but I'm really happy with how I got all her wonderfully horrendous textures. Are their dresses completely covered in blood and viscera, or are they made from flayed flesh instead of fabric?

The red colours are perfect: the light red almost seeming to glow against the gold in shadow. The background is more purple than blue, but I still think it does the magical starry sky effect I was going for. ⭐ Now I need to match a chain or jump rings to the metal tone, and attach the silmari-ish gems I got for these. :D

Got the craft urge and the baby Great One Good Hunter seemed like a good candidate. A very simple creature - I didn't even need three umbilical cords, but I did need to fill it with a bunch of eyes (beads).
Didn't finish it in time for Stardew's 10th Anniversary but I did finish it! My 3rd attempt at beading a junimo—this time with fabric for its body and some tassels (I think I made them too tight to be tasselly but still fun)
The final result in my voyage into charms has arrived! Little Mairon is currently being inspected.

I realized I had never made a chibi Fëanor! You must imagine me making the same gesture as him here when I present my art.
I've wanted to make a pin design for so long and I think I have enough to make my dream come true! Starting with something somewhat simple for my first one - I've been thinking of a Feanorian Star with a loop so a silmaril-like crystal can dangle.
My idea was to give the impression that the light of the star, their family legacy, is draining into the silmaril!
Not sure how hard I want to show that idea so feel free to sound off in replies or tags if you have a fav :]
It looks like I'm gonna go with the bottom left! 🎉 I'm also thinking of making a version that can be made into the pendant of a necklace, because I love other options, and enamel stuff makes such great jewelry <3
Okay so I put this idea on hold for a while because of suddenly having to deal with U.S. tariffs, but now I think I have a handle on that (and my postal service now has a handle on that too).
In the meantime I added some more details I like to the design. The two trees inside the star—their light flowing through Feanor along with his own light and blood, into the silmaril (that will be dangling on a chain from the bottom loop)

I swear it took me less time to draw that cage than it took me to figure out what was going on with his sleeves. I've never used so many different refs for a chibi so I hope he's pleased with himself for all the toil he's caused (he is). ( ; ￣3￣)╭🖍

I got my test keychain (and stickers) of mini Mairon as the spirit in the One Ring! He is delightful and holdable! I have already went and ordered some, but with translucent orange acrylic and a rounded epoxy front. 💖
