I wanna be that person who just radiates nice energy like, I wanna be that person who you’ve never spoken to before but you think of me as a friend already. I wanna be that person you feel that you can come to for advice whenever, or someone who makes you feel better by just talking to you. I’m gonna try really hard to be that person.

Some stuff that changed my life

I think we sometimes get too attached to our personality. You consider yourself as someone anxious or someone who’s shy? Then first stop identifying as that. Don’t speak about it. I reduced the amount of my anxiety attacks from having one each Sunday to once a month maximum, just because I didn’t speak or think about them. They aren’t (see how I use present tense) a part of my personality anymore. And I know, you should always speak to someone if something is bothering you. And I did that as well. I told my boyfriend and my best friend about how I feel when I had panic attacks, how hard they were, how much pain I felt. And then I let it go. The same goes for being self conscious or shy: I was pretty introverted and quite all my life. But you know what I also was all my life? Brown haired. And so I did it: I dyed my hair purple. And I cannot describe the crazy confidence it gave me, just because I thought I’d never ever do that because I’m too self conscious. My whole energy just changed. This goes for big to small changes, no matter how crazy they are: Moving, cutting your hair, breaking up, changing up your room, running the fucking iron man. It doesn’t matter. Do something that completely goes against your ‘bad’ personality traits and watch your life change.
