sorry for the lack of posts as of late, finals have been kicking my ass really bad lol. i just finished my last one yesterday and there’s still some asks i need to get back to, so hopefully i’ll be back on regular posting soon. i also have some more backstory comics planned, so look forward to those being posted around january!

Near the beginning of 1999 Summer, I was shot with an arrow that kinda changed my life forever. Most of the Stand Users got their Stands through this method in Morioh, as well. 

I was one of them.

It started out in an Egg, I assume to reflect my premature abilities, but before long it grew from it’s basic form into more evolved versions of my abilities. Your son told me it was because my mental strength was maturing. Now I have the ability to call out different forms of my stands with different powers. I don’t know what kind of person I’d be without Echoes by my side.

Echoes seems to be a good partner for you, from what I’ve seen. It sounds like you grew a lot from the experience.

In any case, a weapon that gives people Stand powers sounds incredibly dangerous in the wrong hands. Is it possible that whoever sent me to this time did so to disrupt Jotaro's search?

The thing to remember when watching Stardust Crusaders is that Jotaro is 17. He’s a child. Keeping that in mind, everything about him is funny. 

He goes around scowling and saying rude one-liners like he thinks he’s fucking Shadow the Hedgehog or something.

He has a catchphrase.

Said catchphrase is a statement of being bored/exasperated which is often translated as “good grief”.

Everything he does is fucking extra for the sake of looking cool, like in the N’Doul fight when the jeep flips and he’s hanging on with one hand with the other in his pocket.

His outfit is a school uniform that’s been heavily tailored and accessorized. That fucking big-ass chain on the collar. And he liked the way it looked so much that he continues to only ever wear variations of that same outfit even when he’s ~40.

His solution to every problem is to punch it, and if that doesn’t work he either punches harder or throws something.

Star Platinum’s “ora ora” battle cry must have came from somewhere since Jotaro fucking says it himself when beating up Alessi as a 5 year old with no recent memories. So he’s probably copying some anime he saw as a little kid because he thought it looked badass.

The fact that he has such absurd analytical skills and he went on to become a PhD implies that his entire persona is a front for being a fucking nerd. And as Stone Ocean teaches us, Jotaro is genuinely awful with interpersonal relationships. In other words, SDC!Jotaro is a nerd with poor social aptitude acting hard and edgy to cover this up.

He faced down a megalomaniacal vampire with the power to stop time and a personal vendetta against his entire family, and killed him, while putting on airs so nobody notices how socially awkward he is.

⚖ - Opinions on the fandom your muse belong to?

((Oomph. I feel like I’m asking for trouble saying this, but… I kinda really hate JJ/BA fandom in general. If I could go two steps in the tag without seeing porn of minors or incest or pedophilia or all goddamn three, maybe I wouldn’t feel so bitter but until then…

Anyways, my love for the Joestars has just barely managed to outweigh my disappointment for the fandom in general, but only just. Shout out to the good people out there who are vocal about not tolerating and/or supporting that kind of nasty shit; I hope I can provide a safe, happy space for them.))
