New Beginning

I am currently in the process of changing my tumblr to present current, up to date nutritional and exercise tips, ideas, and motivations. I am not a professional in the field but I have been leading a life long journey on the lookout for the healthiest foods, strongest inspirations, and kicking ass at the gym most days of the week. Right now I am in college pursuing a degree in biology with further plans of attending medical school or becoming a registered dietician. Follow me and we can motivate each other!
