Loras/Renly

who falls asleep on the couch: Loras and then Renly always ends up carrying him to bed.

who wakes up first: Loras. Loras is an early riser.

who cooks the most: Loras. Though Renly tries to help out a lot.

who’s in charge of the tv remote: Renly thinks he is. But Loras usually tricks him into watching what he wants.

who takes the longest getting ready: Loras. Though if Renly is running late for work he’s always willing to share the shower.

who takes up most of the bed: Neither one of them are bed hogs and are usually spooning or cuddling.

if/what pets they have: I think they would have a cat or a dog.

🌸Wilted Rose (Open)

Puddles of wax pooled in the tin tray on the table beside his bed. Dying candlelight making way for the light of day peeking through the curtains drawn around the windows looking out the Red Keep.

He had been in a feverish state for weeks. Maesters unsure if he would survive the journey back from Dragonstone. But he had fought through the pain and the dreams. He swore he could hear Renly’s voice calling to him and his hand reaching to him out of the darkness to lead him away.

Loras searched the room and found himself alone. The fever now broken with fresh bandages covering the left half of his face. Loras lifted himself up pressed himself back against the headboard of his bed.

He could hear footsteps outside the doors to his chambers. “W-Who’s there?” he rasped, his throat raw from dehydration.

Wow it has been a long time since I’ve checked in here. I’m pleased to see some you stuck around despite my inactivity.

This time I plan to stay but I’ll likely only be semi-active. I’m rereading the books and praying that the sixth season gives us some good quality Loras interaction without turning him into some stereotypical manwhore like they’ve been running with the past few seasons.

So like this post if you’d like to start planning a new thread and I’ll be sure to come up with something.

Can Loras please get some action this season? And by “action” I don’t mean him having hot pokey sex with homosexual prostitute boys. I mean ACTION in the way that we get to see what a great worrier he is. Like, he’s gay. We know, we get it, we appreciate it, but he’s not just a stereotype. Let’s not make it just about a gay guy who happens to know how to use a sword. How about they portray him as the brave, kind-hearted, strong, loyal, and talented knight that he is, who also happens to be gay. Being gay is a part of Loras, but it is not all that defines him.
