As of yesterday afternoon, Phase 1: Demolition has been completed. The space has been cleared out and looking more grand than ever. Talk about a blank canvas...

Food for Thought

Transparency is embedded in the DNA of this project. It is integral to the culture of EG that the product is expressed to the patron in a straight forward and honest manner. This means - open kitchen, chef's table dining, isolated espresso bar, and corner stones of this nature. 

Let's call it like it is. We have been blessed with an awe-inspiring volume. In paying it proper tribute, leave no stone unturned.

The Post-Demolition Party is coming up next week! This is a great opportunity for us to simulate our projected interior and the operating system within the space. We have been discussing most recently the circulation within the space and how patrons will flow or bounce from bar to bar, "station to station." 

When: Thursday, January 23rd

Where: 488 Lafayette Ave, Brooklyn

We will kick off the evening with an open presentation around 6:30, followed by some collaborative games, food, drinks and other good things until 10. 

We're looking forward to bringing some animated energy into this volume and breathing some life into Everything's Good.
