even though i agree with these parts of the reviews bc it’s a complaint i have since last season, i’m just hoping that in season 4 things will get better by the mid-final episodes so we can at least have a good closure 😭😭😭 istg

another thing the reviewers have been talking about and it’s something i was so scared of happening is the lack of continuity between seasons, i believe that changing the headwriter in each one makes it really messy. one of the reviewers said that season 4 goes on as if the bridge scene never happened and the bridge scene was literally the most profound and meaningful villaneve scene we ever had???? how are they just going to ignore that huge development between them

about the reviews, i’m not gonna lie there are some things i can agree with even though i haven’t watched the season because it’s something we’ve been noticing since season 3, for example the fact that they’re focusing too much on side characters and irrelevant stories instead of focusing on villaneve which is the reason why most of us are watching the show. they could talk about eve’s self discovery through her dark side, how she felt after killing someone, more about her past, more about how villanelle’s mind works and etc

i hope we get as many villaneve scenes in season 4 as we got in season 2 even though they’ll be kinda mad at each other we’re gay we can call that sexual tension and move on i just wanna see them together, in season 3 we barely had any and i know the final episode compensated but still i wanna see them together throughout the entire season not in just one episode

so excited to start my season 2 rewatch though bc even tho s1 is my fav s2 is also so good!!! and it’s the one with the most villaneve scenes and we get to see them working together and interacting so much and apart from the finale (lmao) i think it’s brilliant
