ooc; Long story short, I appear to have lost my muse for good. He used to disappear for long periods of time and then come back when needed- but this time he's gone for good. This account for the time being is going on a hiatus, and possibly, a deletion of this account. I'm really sorry, but a lot of things have gone wrong with Mariku the Angel.
The angel breathed in slowly as his eyes slowly opened. Around them lie rubble and smashed stone from the impact of the fall. The angel had survived, but barely. He was badly beaten up- and barely awake from the blood loss and excruciating waves of pain.
Despite his blurred vision, he was able to give a smile as he recognised the small demon in his arms. He held her tightly, giving a pleased sigh.
“You’re okay…” He was barely able to speak, not recognising they were still in Hell, surrounded by demons. He thought they were at home. He saved her and she was fine- and now they were both lying on his bed ready to fall asleep.
No doubt Mariku was hallucinating- and the pools of blood beneath his back were getting larger and larger. The growing scent of blood was attracting the demons, and Mariku was completely oblivious.
“M-Mariku…” She whimpered lift her head and looking around them as his scent attracted unwanted attention. “Mariku we have to go…” He reached down and ripped off some of his robes, and wiggled her way out of his arms to turn him and press the cloths into his back in a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding
As she did this she picked him up, indeed with some difficulty since she had been starved. If she had had her strength she could have picked him up and carried him with no problem.
She began running toward the gates as the other demons closed in on them. She needed to get him out of here. Away from here, to safety, to their home.
The angel giggled, pushing himself off her as she picked him up, “What are you doing~?” He stood by himself, swaying a little and almost falling back over. The demons followed the scent, and the smiling angel turned slowly to face them.
“I… Didn’t know we had so many children together,” He muttered, reaching a hand out and giving a demented sort of grin. He stepped forward, like a drunken man and gave a sickening cackle. He tried to move his wings- only to find out he couldn’t. He looked over to his back to see two holes.
“Did… Did our kids rip out my wings…?” He slurred, stepping up to one of the demons and ripping its head off. He moved to the other, dodging a hit rather clumsily and ripping its head off too. He seemed so happy, so intoxicated. In mere moments, lightning shot through each of the beasts apart from Ivory, leaving them to melt on the ground.
He gave an odd laugh, like a child before turning around to Ivory, “Where are we going?” He asked before holding her hand. He could barely see a thing.
She watched him as he moved, shaking the entire time. Fearing that he would actually fall, “M-Mariku…!” She jumped as the lighting came down, now shaking even harder as the sight of all the dead bodies and charred remains around them. Even when so fatally wounded he could still do such damage…
She jumped again as he grabbed her hand. Slowly she pulled him towards the gates, hoping he would come with her this time, so she could make him better, “We’re going home… Come along love…. We’ll go see the rest of our children.” She played along with him and his delusions, hoping he would listen and not question her.
Mariku leaned over and kissed her neck, “Alright…” He kept close to her, it was odd walking without the support of his wings. So much weight put on the front of him- he felt like he was going to topple and land face-first into the ground. The dizziness didn’t help either…
“I’m so happy I have my Ivory back,” he purred, nuzzling her as they walked to the gates. Lightning shooting down at the ground whenever he lost his train of thought. It never hit them, but a few times it grew close.
She smiledas she pulled him along, giving him a soft purr, jumping every time lighting stuck, even if it didn’t hit them. As they got out of the gate she pulled him to their home, intent on getting him to laydown so she could tend to his wounds, “And I’m happy to be back with you. Come along. We’re almost home.” She had to keep a calm, collected voice or he could snap out of his delousions and go into a panic.
"Almost home..." He repeated to himself- the lightening eventually coming to a stop. He fell limp, smile on his lips as all of his energy suddenly vanished. His breathing slowed and grew silent- dropping out of consciousness and dreaming of his sweet Ivory.
"I love you..."
My wings... My beautiful wings...
I-I need them back... I need my wings...
I cannot live without them... I am not an angel without my wings...!!
Per...perhaps I could make some new ones...?
No! They cannot replace my original wings!

As he walked in and yelled many demons looked to him before some started screaming and fleeing. The commotion was sure to bring higher demons out to try and capture the angel. And in the distance in a tower like jail Ivy looked out to see everything.
“Answer me, you fucking heathens!” He let out a second roar, not hesitating to cut down any creature that got between him and finding out where they had taken Ivory. This wasn’t the first time he had been in Hell, where else would he have been nicknamed, “The Executioner”? Effortlessly, he sliced through any demon that came near, refusing to tell him his lover’s wherabouts. He looked left and right, breathing heavily in anger.
“If you choose not to answer me, I will merely tear this place apart until I find her. I will not rest until I have her.”
As he caused more tarnage higher demons came, all intent on either taking him captive, or killing him. Many of the people had left, seaking shelter from the raging angel destroying their home. Many of them didn’t know who “Ivory” was, only knew herby the traitor.
Ivy looked out her barred windows, hands gripping said bars as she used them to raise herself to look. Seeing his familiar shape, and his wings a smile instantly made it’s way to her face. It was Mariku, Mariku had come for her..! She screamed as loud as she could, not sure if he’d even be able to hear her with how dry her throat was, andhow cracked hervoice seemed, “Mariku!”
Raging eyes lookin to each direction as demons swarmed the plains of Hell, he readied his sword. Bloodied and chipped from the contact with the occassional armour, he limited his swings to those that would kill the demons in one blow. To limit his sword, he sheathed it and began ripping the demons apart with his own hands- tearing off their heads and smashing them on the ground. Should too many come too close, he sprayed his holy water across the crowds- watching as they burned to the ground.
The more he fought the more fatigued he became- but he needed to see Ivory- he had to see her…! His aching bones cracked with a surprising blow to his left wing- making the angel cry out in pain. Above all the roaring and screaming, he could have sworn he heard a faint… but distinct call of his dear Ivory.
With this call, like an addict- he left all distractions and ran to his sweet drug. Unsure as to where he was heading, he cut down any demon that stood in his path- hoping the voice guiding him would refuse to fade away. If only he could fly… Perhaps coming with armour would have been more fruitful.
Ivy squealed as she watched from the distance, not even being able to help. It drove her mad, seeing other’s hurt him. This wouldn’t do..! They must get out of there, both if them..! She screamed again, and kept screaming. For all the pain she had suffered since she had been taken, everything she had gone through all seemed worth it, now knowing her angel was coming to save her. That he’d risk his own life for her.
As the word of his attack traveled to the tower many guards gathered in a circle around it, intent in keeping the prisoner inside. A selected few traveled up the stairs towards her cell as he approached, being able to hear her scream lead leading him towards her no matter where one would stand in the tower.
As her door unlocked Ivy turned, that wasn’t Mariku.. He was still at the bottom… As she turned she started screaming louder, in a more panicked tone, simply screaming but not saying anything. There stood two guards around Mariku’s size, both holding bucket’s of what Ivy assumed was holy water. Certainly they had come to kill her, then kill Mariku once he reached the room.
As the calls turned to screams, this only coaxed the angel to run faster. Ivory…! She was in danger! Looking towards the roof- he took a long gulp as his eyes observed every bump and crack of the stone. In the end, he had a choice- to sacrifice Ivory for the sake of his wings… or to give up his wings for the sake of Ivory?
He looked at his precious wings one last time- subconsciously saying goodbye to their beauty before stretching them both out. He crouched down low and covered his head the best he could. He could witstand most kinds of torture and harm- but should he force himself up the building, his wings would be ripped off from the pure force. Taking the stairs and getting past the demons would take too long- he had to go straight up. He was scared for the pain he was about to witness- but he couldn’t risk losing her. Not now when he had come to depend on her so desperately.
In one leap, he soared up the building- slowing his breathing as wave after wave of pain washed over him. Polished feathers were discarded as they were ripped to shreds being found on the cracks of the rocks. He flapped his wings as much as he could- getting as high as he was able before they were completely ripped off.
He stood now, after climbing up out of the final hole in the building he had created. He stood infront of Ivory- holding himself as blood oozed out of two holes in his back. He gave a pained whimper, looking down to the two wings and trails of feathers he had left in his path. He looked up to the demons- the pure pain evident in his eyes.
“I…Ivory…” Shakily, he leaned down to hold her hand, before picking her up slowly to hold her in his arms, “..Wee’re… goiing home..” He was barely able to speak. He barely acknowledged the other demons in the room, giving them a nod as he began to turn pale- falling back into the holes and down the building, keeping the demoness locked in the safety of his arms as he fell.

The angel’s hands gripped the letter hard enough for it to tear in two. His wings fluffed up- those damned demons…!! He took in a deep breath before disappearing into his room and opening cabinet after cabinet, taking whatever he could get his hands on to rip apart those beasts. The last thing he took- a sword tainted with angel blood… That would be the most important.
Turning around, he tapped his foot on the ground- taking himself to Hell as simply as one of their own. Within the depths of the shadows, he let out a low growl- taking out the sword before roaring at the top of his lungs.
“Where is Ivory?!”
