James: Exercise Post #1
=L I finally fightoed! It took me long enough. Thanks for the extra motivation Becca, it helped. So, my exercise for today:
About 50 minutes of walking (which I do every day when travelling from and to college)
Jogging (back and forth in in a pacing motion) - 5 minutes
Lunges - 3 sets of 5 on each leg
Star jumps - 200
More lunges - 10 on each leg
A varied mixture of light weight lifting for 20 mins whilst I watched some Bakemonogatari, although I'm not entirely sure it counts because I kept getting too engrossed in the show and not lifting the weights when I did
Hip trusts like this (hawt) - 40
Then about 3 hours later I did these:
Bear with me for a moment whilst I explain this because I don't know what most of it is called. I have two 4.5Kg weights and I hold one in each hand. I start with my arms by my side and then go into a bicep curl. When I'm at the top of the curl, rather than going back down I lift my arms straight up. When they're here, I bend my arms backwards with my arms going towards my shoulders. Then I reverse this process so that my arms are back at my sides. Then I lift my arms straight out to the sides so that I'm in a T-shape, and than bring them back down again. Then just repeat! - 20 of these
More hip thrusts but a different kind, like this . I prefer these ones. (Also hawt.) - 80
